King Charles III Portrait

The Parish Council was able to apply for a portrait of King Charles III to display in the place where they hold their meetings. We are pleased to say the portrait can be found in the annex at The Black Horse.

Black bin rubbish consultation

North Somerset Council has now launched a seven-week consultation on proposals to switch to three-weekly collections of non-recyclable (black bin) rubbish, in a bid to reduce waste, boost recycling rates and cut costs. Village Tidy-Up: Sunday 13th October 2024 – 10.00 am

Please come and join fellow villagers in enhancing our village's appearance.  Meet outside the Black Horse (and perhaps return there for a drink afterwards).  All welcome; tasks suitable for all, including children.  Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes.  Hi-viz vests will be provided and must be worn by all.  Thank you
